Lorien Accelerator is a 12-week hands-on accelerator program designed to help game studios and gametech startups build a world-class, high-growth game business, then raise funding from top investors or get publisher support.

Our next batch runs hybrid from October 2025 to January 2026, with key events in Istanbul.​ We accept founders from anywhere in the world.

Lorien (from Lothlórien, Tolkien’s hidden forest) is a special ecosystem for gaming founders to build, heal, and grow faster, where we wished it existed when we were starting out.
The program is run by passionate gamers and industry veterans who have built the very studios, games, and startups around the globe.
Our Program
During our program, we will surround you with masterclasses in legal, technical, and business with our intensive curriculum. You'll benefit from expert mentorship, funding opportunities, and exclusive networking access to industry leaders and investors.

Week 1–8
Build & Iterate
In the first 8 weeks, we work closely with your team on game design, production, go-to-market, community, and publishing. You get access to global mentors from companies like Blizzard, Activision, Valve, Unity, Peak, Microsoft, and AWS.

Every week, you’ll get a masterclass on a key topic from an industry expert.

Every other week, we host founder gatherings and online industry meetups.

You also get 1:1 support whenever your team needs help, on anything from product to fundraising.
Week 9-12
Investment Readiness
The 2nd half is focused on preparing your company for funding. We work closely with you on your pitch deck, data room, financial model, cap table, legal structure, and investor narrative.
You’ll receive genuine feedback from gaming VCs and publishers, as well as warm introductions that lead to actual conversations and initial checks.
The program concludes with a high-impact Demo Day, where we bring together select VCs, publishers, and angels from across the global gaming ecosystem.
After The Program
Becoming an Alumni
Once you’re in, you’re in. We stay by your side for as long as you need, whether you’re scaling your team, dominating your market, or raising your next round.
When the time comes, we help you prepare for your exit; M&A, strategic sale, or IPO. Our team has been through it before, and we’ll be there when it’s your turn.

No equity up front. No board seat. No hidden fees.
At Lorien, we take 5% equity in exchange for all the support and resources provided through our accelerator, but only if you hit the success metrics set.
If things don’t click, we part ways with zero strings attached.
If they do, we stay in your corner for the long haul.
